Anarock’s report shows that a total of 25 ultra-luxury homes were sold during January-August across major Indian cities including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurugram and Bengaluru.

Hyderabad: Sales of ultra-luxury homes in Hyderabad have reached nearly Rs 80 crore in the first eight months of 2024, according to the latest data from real estate consultancy Anarock.
The figure came from two major transactions in the city’s upscale Jubilee Hills neighbourhood.
The Anarock report further states that a total of 25 ultra-luxury homes were sold during January-August across major Indian cities including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurugram and Bengaluru. The combined sales value of these deals is around Rs 2,443 crore.
Mumbai continued to dominate the ultra-luxury residential market, registering 21 deals worth around Rs 2,200 crore, accounting for 84 per cent of the total deals so far this year.
“Around 61 deals with a cumulative sales value of about Rs 4,456 crore were witnessed across Mumbai, Hyderabad and Gurugram in the entire year 2023,” said Anuj Puri, Chairman, Anarock Group.
