Hyderabad: The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show was inaugurated at Hitex on Friday. Over 200 exhibitors are participating, showcasing over 800 projects ranging from affordable housing to ultra-luxury apartments, villas, open plots, commercial complexes, etc. The show will go on till August 4.
The event, which exclusively showcased RERA-registered projects from CREDAI member developers, ensured transparency and reliability for buyers. It was inaugurated by IGBC National Vice-Chairman C Shekhar Reddy, CREDAI National Secretary G Ram Reddy, CREDAI National EC Member CH Ramachandra Reddy. Chairman V. Rajashekhar Reddy, President-Elect N. Jaideep Reddy, CREDAI Hyderabad Secretary B. Jagannatha Rao and other CREDAI leaders were present on the occasion.
The press release said that some of the leading financial institutions are participating in this property show, offering great schemes on home loans for prospective buyers. After this, the next two property shows will be held from 9 to 11 August at Shri Convention, Kompally and from 23 to 25 August at Nagole Metro Station.
Two reports on trends and outlook for the real estate sector by CBRE and CRE Matrix were also released at the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2024.
